Halo beautiful famle blong mi! Hem i wonderful tumas lo tak tak withem yufala. Just hearing your voices made my entire day. I am so lucky to have a family that is so supportive and loving. Thank you for your prayers and for being your wonderful selves.
The call cut out as I was saying I love you. I think it’s better that way. There is no goodbye in the gospel, only lukem yu next time. Please know how much I love you. You give me so much strength and so much joy.
Momma: Happy Mother’s day you beautiful soul. I love you so very much. It was so delightful to hear your voice. Natasha is wonderful! She loves the Buk Blong Momon. She is probably about my age. We didn’t see Thierry this week. We will see him this up coming week. Edna and Jimmy were at a crying (for the death of an Abu of Jimmy’s who was over 100 years old!). We will story with them next week later in the afternoon. Please keep them in your prayers that their hearts will be softened and will accept the restored gospel into their lives. The Bule Family are wonderful. We read ! Nephi chapter 1 with them this week. They haven’t come to Jos yet. We have storied all the lessons so we will hold back on storying with them for a little while. Sometimes people just need a little more time. Milton wasn’t home when we went to story. We started storying with a mama named Anna and her (I think niece) Hannah. They are really receptive and open to the message. (Oh will you please pray that I can continue to love missionary work please, and will be able to remember all the names of everyone. (Something I seriously struggle with…) We started storying with many men from Tanna. So that will be exciting. They were different though. They had a light in their eye when we storied. Catching all of your kisses. I am so lucky to be your daughter. Thank you for making it possible that I could talk with all of my family today. It was such a special treat, olsem cake! Have a wonderful week! I love you!
Daddy: Goooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooood Moooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooorning. It was delightful to hear your voice and hear you say good morning! It made me cry tears of sweet joy! (Every day of my life I hear voices…) I love your thoughts on voices. Learning to recognize voices. It’s so interesting. I admire how much you love momma and how good you are to her. Thank you for your example of love and kindness and for your relationship you have with each other. Thank you for your mother’s day thought to me too. It answered a prayer that I said earlier this week.
It was delightful to talk to you.
This week we had a miracle that Frazier’s mom, Esline came to Jos! (Frazier is working on his mission papers right now. He is the only member in his family. We visited his momma, Esline, and she was delightful and said she would call us when she made lap lap.) Anyways. We are going to story with her this week on Saturday. Please keep her and Frazier in your prayers and their family. I love you all so very much.
I love you all so very much!
Have a wonderful week!
Love,
Sista Carter
