Halo famle blong mi we mi luvem tumas! Olsem wanem? Mi grateful tumas from olgeta prea blong yufala mo mi save Papa God hem i luvem yu BIGWAN!

This week has been a challenging and rewarding week. This week Nepina, Sebastian, Brian, and Jonathan all got baptized! It was quite an adventure the day of the baptism. In the morning we were tracking down baptismal clothes, waiting for the bus to come carry the pikinini. We waited for an hour for the bus to come but it came. I am convinced that there is a reason for everything. While we were waiting for the bus one of the mamas of the pikinini (Nepinia) chose to come to the baptism. (Originally she said she wasn’t going to come.) It was a little miracle that I am grateful for. My heart was full of joy as each child told a small testimony. It was endearing. It was even more special when they all came to church on Sunday and recieved the gift of the spirit. I am captivated by the scripture where it talks about in Alma where Ammon’s heart is full of joy. He rejoices in his God. I was able to have a small glimpse at this joy this week. I am grateful.
I am so grateful for Sister Papel. She helps me understand where I need to improve. She has so much love and grace. I admire her courage and her strength.

Momma: I love you so very much! Today my Efate is raining and beautiful. I am happy momma and grateful that the letters came. Yay! Reflective listening is magical! It has definently helped when listening. I’m still working on letting this become a strength, it will take some time, but I know it will work. You are brilliant my beautiful momma. Do you love how close the Merkets are? I love it! (and I’m on the other side of the world. ) How fun! Oh momma I love the little snippet from the piano. That’s so funny!
I love you so very much!
